- The item does not match the product description or image
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- With all tags and packaging intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation)
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- Undergarments or lingerie
- Accessories (e.g., earrings, belts, scarves)
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Items that show signs of wear, stains, or damage not caused by us
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, email us at support@qtanwe.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A brief explanation of the issue
- Clear photos of the item if it is damaged or incorrect
Our team will respond within 48 hours with further instructions.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service to avoid lost items.
- We do not accept walk-in returns at this time.
5. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via your original payment method or as a store credit, depending on your preference.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or damaged items.
6. Exchanges
We offer size or item exchanges if the requested item is available in stock. If not, we may issue a store credit or refund as preferred.
